All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.

HONG KONG SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard delivery with purchase over HK$800 to all domestic customers.  All orders will be sent by SF Express.  35 Degrees to decide and choose which carrier for the order delivery.

Delivery estimate:  We will deliver your parcel within 6-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of the order.  Express delivery service is available  for most of the countries.  Once you have entered the delivery address, you will be able to see the available delivery service.

Registered Airmail: HK$300

Delivery estimate:  We will deliver your parcel within 2-4 weeks, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that 35 Degrees is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

PARCEL TRACKING

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to 35 Degrees.

Import taxes, local taxes and customs duties

Please note that the prices on 35degreeshk.com do not include local sales tax or VAT. If local taxes are to be borne by you, it will be presented in the checkout. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. 35 Degrees does not compensate these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

How to pay these fees?

Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.

Bank fees

Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. 35 Degrees does not compensate these charges. You can check with your bank for more information.
